Requirements
- Last education is Bachelor’s degree with a major in Electrical Engineering preferred/ Mechanical or equivalent.
- Age between 30 – 45 years old.
- Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
- Have experiences at the same field (in property or shopping mall) is a must.
- Minimums have 2 years experiences as Chief Engineering.
- Have proof of recorded experience.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
- Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement
- Clean and dignified appearance.
- Discipline and have a sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
- Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants and vendors.
- Enable to work in team or independent.
- Willing to work at Cileungsi, West Java.
Job Description
- Lead and ensure that all inhouse and outsourching under him carry out their work well.
- Develop short- and long-term work plans.
- Ensure cost effectiveness and energy efficiency.
- Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
- Fostering good relationships with tenants
- Develop and implement mall maintenance work procedures.
- Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.
- Carrying out periodic inspections and resolving problems that arise during inspections.
- Accommodate and resolve all complaints from tenants.
- Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.
- Reporting to General Manager.
