Requirement
- Bachelor degree of Law / Human Resource Management / Psychology
- Minimum 3 years experience as HRGA Manager
- Good knowledge about HR, especially in Industrial Relation and updated labor law
- Experienced in leading and supervising operations in HR, WWT, General Affairs, Building Maintenance
- Experienced in handling trade unions
- Maintain good relations and cooperate with Labor Unions
- Dynamic, adaptable, and have good negotiation and communication skills
- Good leadership ability
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
Job Description
- Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
- Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management
- Maintain good relations and cooperation with Labor Unions
- Maintain conducive industrial relations
- Responsible in services of personnel administration
- Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee’s performance appraisal
- Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire
- Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document, etc)
- Coordinating P2K3L and SMK3 in the work environment
- Responsible and collaborating in compliance with the audit of Sedex URSA, ISO 14001 &; 9001, ETI, FSC and other management systems
