Job Requirements
- Diploma degree or above in the Engineering field, have a certain ability of text organization.
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, be attentive, and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with mobile phone product assembly, testing process, and non-conformance control process.
- Has more than six months of work experience in appearance products in Manufacturing, and has a certain sensitivity to the beauty and delicateness of the product.
- Adhere to the principles, have a strong sense of quality, be sensitive to quality problems, and have a clear idea of how to deal with problems; have certain system analysis and comprehensive decision-making capabilities.
- Able to speak English .
- Able to work overtime and work in night shift.
Job Responsibilities
- According to the Indonesian factory product introduction plan, the appearance standards are synchronized with China in time, including synchronization standards documents, limit acceptance samples, etc.
- Follow up on appearance issues during production and push improvements.
- Optimize the processing process of finished product appearance issues, simplify the finished product appearance workflow, and reduce disputes about finished product appearance issues.
- Pay attention to the appearance feedback of finished products in the market, lead or assist in the analysis and control of major appearance problem reported by the market (including warranty withdrawal), promote improvement, and convert to relevant appearance standards to prevent problems from occurring again.
