Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years related work experiences
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Experience as Sales Marketing Supervisor within similar Residential Project
  • Able to work as a team and flexible working hours
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Able to independently find new leads, process data, and do other administrative work to support their sales.
  • Fair understanding about digital marketing.
  • Attention to details.
  • Maximum age of 38
  • Willing to work in Metland Kertajati – West Java

Job Description

  • Communicate regularly with owner’s representatives, provide them with required reports
  • Maintain a good relationship with the clients and support their needs and complaints (if any).
  • Achieves monthly and quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
  • Analysis of customer research, current market condition & competitor information.
  • Coach and direct the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating project activities and results and directing the marketing team’s efforts
  • Have a good sense of leadership and people management that based on strategic point of view including communicate the goals and strategic to the subordinates, able to set the rules and discipline in the sales and marketing team, evaluate the subordinates performance, set the right training for the subordinates, able to solve the problem that related to human and achieving target including impacted the team with a good motivation
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Grow staff capabilities, improving teams’ performance
